Over Sixty Million Dollars
in Closed Real Estate Transactions
Welcome!
Thank you for choosing my site, I would like to take a moment to let you know a
little about myself.
I have been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for a little over thirteen years, joining them after they purchased my previous company, Prudential Arizona Realty. In 1998, I was inducted into the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, a sales achievement society made up of less than 5% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, and have maintained that status since. Based on closed transactions, I've held their designation of Executive Sales Associate from almost the beginning of my association with the firm, and have been a Senior Sales Associate for the last ten years. My other real estate designations include the international designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the latter being a designation based on overall real estate knowledge achieved by less than 3% of Realtors from all companies worldwide.
Prior to beginning my Real Estate career, I held executive positions in the Wine
and Spirit industry in Arizona for over twelve years with ten of them being
spent as State Manager for Hiram Walker Distillery. During the late 70's, I also
owned a restaurant in the city of Chandler, AZ. for several years.
I
have had the pleasure of living in Arizona for the past thirty-seven years, and
have included my other endeavors as well as real estate because they are part of
what has given me the opportunity to develop a great working knowledge of the
entire state and especially the Metro Phoenix area.
I grew up in Western North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina. I spent four years in the Navy and am a Vietnam veteran. My desire to move to Arizona started as a child while reading my aunt's subscription to the Arizona Highways magazine, which describes all of the wonderful things the state has to offer.
The main thing I enjoy about Arizona is my wife; she is almost a native (since the age of five) and she grew up in Scottsdale. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and her Masters from Arizona State University. She has taught in the Mesa Schools system for 29 years, and has won numerous awards including "Teacher of the Year" in her specialty field. She is currently at Red Mountain High School in Mesa where she is a literacy coach providing support to both teachers and students.
We both enjoy gourmet cooking and entertaining, traveling, reading and music. We also enjoy exercising (she more than I) and golf (me more than she) and tennis. We currently live in Mesa and are active in various organizations in the area.
It
is very important when you choose an agent to assist you that you choose someone
who knows the area and market well and can also help you locate resources for
whatever your interest may be. I feel that my time and experience in Arizona
help qualify me to provide that assistance to you.
Through my years in business I have learned that the most important thing agents needs to do, is to listen to their clients and satisfy their needs. My pledge to you is that should you choose me to assist you, I will listen to your needs and satisfy them to the best of my ability.
Thank you.
